Booking and Payment:

Cancellation and Refunds:

Vehicle Preparation:

- The customer or their authorized representative must be present at both pickup and delivery locations.
- Any changes to pickup or delivery locations must be communicated in advance.
Insurance:
- All vehicles are insured during transportation as per applicable regulations.
- Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request, subject to terms and fees.
Liability:
- Sunshine State Auto Transport is not liable for any damage to vehicles unless caused by negligence or misconduct.
- Customers are advised to inspect their vehicles upon delivery and report any damages immediately.
Force Majeure:
- Sunshine State Auto Transport is not liable for delays or failures in transportation caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government regulations.
